We maintain an archived library of sample direct mail advertisements. Marketers and designers use these mail pieces for research and inspiration purposes. Therefore, this project helps in updating the direct mail library each month. 

We understand that your mail may contain personal or sensitive information. Please note that we do not collect or use your personal data for any purpose other than verification. When you submit your mail scans, we only review them to confirm that the mail belongs to you. After this verification step, all personal and sensitive details (name, address, account numbers, personal codes etc.) are masked during processing and no longer visible or accessible.

Whenever you receive new mail, scan it in to submit as regularly as you'd like. We accept mail received within the past 30 days, but the sooner the better. 

Due to volume mail submission, processing can vary, however, typically mail is processed for acceptance within two business weeks; excluding weekends and holidays. Approved and processed mail will be paid out by the end of the month that it was processed and accepted, once a minimum payment threshold of $20 is met. ($20 is 40 mail pieces at 50 cents per mail piece). You can also request a payment sooner, once the $20 threshold is met.

After your initial test mail is processed and your account is approved, you'll be able to receive payment for any additional scans thereafter. To receive the minimum payout of $20, you'll need to submit at least 40 pieces at a rate of 50 cents per piece.
